MIU MIU LITERARY CLUB - MILAN
During Milan Design Week, Miu Miu presented the second edition of the Literary Club: A Woman’s Education — a two-day event at the Circolo Filologico. This iteration explored themes of girlhood, love, and sex education through the lens of two literary icons: Simone de Beauvoir and Fumiko Enchi.
Day 1 featured conversations by Lauren Elkin, Geetanjali Shree and Veronica Raimo — moderated by Lou Stoppard with an introduction by Millie Brady.
Day 2 featured conversations by Naoise Dolan, Nicola Dinan and Sarah Manguso, moderated by Kai Isaiah Jamal with an introduction by Cindy Bruna.
Live performances and DJ sets across the two days by Joy Crookes, Lauren Duffus, Bluem, Enny, Pip Millet, Jess Cole, Donna Leake, Kai Isaiah Jamal and Nicola Mazzetti.
