Changemakers and industry leaders from all over the world came together to celebrate fashion, art, design, culture and the next generation of talent in Doha for Qatar Creates – the second annual initiative spearheaded and chaired by Her Excellency Sheikha Al-Mayassa and Qatar Museums in November 2021. Set across two weeks, Qatar Creates saw a diverse and rich cultural programme of high-profile events and celebrations with Valentino, Fashion Trust Arabia, Naomi Campbell, Fashion For Relief, Virgil Abloh, Dior, Jeff Koons, Art For Tomorrow and more.

Qatar Creates was kickstarted by an opening ceremony with Maison Valentino at the Museum of Islamic Art with a special display of 12 of artworks that inspired the Valentino Des Ateliers Haute Couture collection and live performance by British singer-songwriter Cosima.
